Cozette de Charmoy is a Canadian-British artist and poet. His works are in the collections of the National Gallery of Canada, the Museum of Contemporary Art Barcelona, the Cape Breton University Art Gallery and the Muzeum Sztuki de ód. Cozette de Charmoy (English-Canadian) knew how to abolish the boundaries between her visual work and her poetic work; In the protest atmosphere of the 1960s, she joined the cosmopolitan circles of visual and sound poetry which, stimulated by Fluxus, discovered the Terra incognita of the artistic world. Everything then became possible and everything at the same time. Textual element and plastic element intertwine, each becoming, in the collage, element of the other; not as a proposition of truth, but as that of a possibility, like a two-way, ironic, irrationally logical rebus. Here a watercolor, signed lower right, and dated 87. The frame measures 40x50
