Willy BINDELS (1908-1964 of Dutch nationality) is known as a painter from Concarneau where he arrived in the 1950s. Coming from Brussels where he had settled in 1948 after the death of his wife, he stopped in Concarneau on the way to Spain where he wanted to settle.
