Paul Billard's subjects were initially scenes from the Venice carnival and horsemen that he liked to draw from his imagination. He then transcribed memories of his travels. He makes sketches from travel journals in watercolor. Exhibiting at regional fairs for around thirty years, he has won numerous awards. The work has protective glass and is signed.
