Very nice vintage trivet from the 60s!
It consists of a white ceramic tile on which is printed the image of a very beautiful bird on a branch blooming with red flowers!
This is a Villeroy and Bosch V&B brand ceramic tile annotated on the back of the ceramic
Beautiful bird with blue body, brown and green wings, yellow and black head, black beak!
My knowledge in ornithology is not rich enough to say what variety of bird is represented here, this being it is really very nicely done with very beautiful colors!
The rim of the ceramic is in gold-colored metal, forged metal with some rust but rather discreet attacks which adds to the vintage charm!
The ceramic is placed on the metal edge! It can therefore be removed if you wish to introduce it into a ceramic decoration!
Very nice decorative element in very good condition!
I don't think this item has been used, the deco is in good condition, no missing or faded color on the printed deco
Some micro scratches on the white background, chips on the edge but very discreet
Dimensions: square shape with a side for the perimeter 20 cm, ceramic 15 cm side ", weight 350 g!
Quite common style of trivet in the 60s/70s in France!
