Villeroy & Boch CADIZ porcelain tray vintage 1970 - 1980. This tray comes from the Villeroy & Boch factory. It is a large presentation dish and/or an oval tray decorated with two small handles (Length 47cm X Width 22.5cm X H2cm).

This is the famous "CADIZ" model decorated with fruits and arabesques in blue and light green. It is a 1967 creation by designer Christine REUTER inspired by a Spanish motif. A counterpart to the ACAPULCO Service with Mexican motifs, the playful design is iconic of the 1970s-1980s: this service is made up of elements that stack for space-saving storage.

The tray is stamped "CADIZ Villeroy&Boch Sept-Fontaines - OLD IMPERIAL AND ROYAL MANUFACTURE FOUNDED IN 1767 - Fired porcelain - Made in Luxembourg".
