Two chairs No. 14 circa 1890/95 labeled FUCHS & FREUD- Bielitz-Austria-(Austro-Hungary) Bielitz is in the south of Poland in the current geography - This manufacturer is little known in Western Europe - These are 2 extremely refined No. 14 chairs, the back is violin-shaped (Hofmann and Kohn style), the rear legs are elegantly curved (Thonet style 1870/75). Two side brackets reinforce and emphasize the silhouette. The condition is perfect, the seats are original in very good condition.
