THREE BIRDS IN POLYCHROME PORCELAIN MARKING GOEBEL M1304Here are three magnificent polychrome porcelain birds from the Goebel Company based in northern Bavaria. They carry the Goebel marking. - The larger one, yellow and green, with the back of the head red, on the left in the photo, bears the number CV 82 1967. - The smaller one, in the center, bears the number CV 86 1967.- On the right, the one that looks like a sparrow, bears the number CV 115 1970.The Goebel Company, based in Rodental, in northern Bavaria, has been creating fine porcelain tableware and decorative objects since 1871. Most famous for producing M.I. Hummel decorative pieces, particularly handcrafted figurines, Goebel also offers gifts, tableware and décor. The three subjects are in good general condition, for the more picky, we report a small lack at the end of the bird's tail in the center, yellow brown and a small enamel jump on one of the feet of the large brown in color, located on the right.
