This chair is from 1882 as indicated by the label (1b) and the stamp. The caning is new, hand-woven six threads in the French style with German cane (SR weave). Here it is in black, obviously original, ready for use. The 29/14 is the same model as chair No. 29, but without the oval seat or the capitals of the front legs.
