Thonet armchair N° 1392 or N° A392 from 1925, both canework are perfect, beautiful and solid. This “modern” model has been proven since 1912 in the Russian catalog, manufactured “Noworandomsku” then 1920 and at least until 1928 in European catalogs. Mahogany color under blonde shellac. Perfectly original, certainly barely used. It almost lacks patina from 100 years of existence! It has the Thonet specific “spinning top” where the original marking is still faded in these years of production. A tiny scrap of label confirms its manufacturer.
