As for the drawings, they are Japanese, we think either of a stencil technique, or they were watercolored on an engraving. In any case, reading the menus, we can say that at the time we ate well. For the state, we report bites, stains, freckles. Note creases and folds on the support. Everything was later repositioned on paper and needs to be framed.
