Superb sommerso vase by Flavio Poli for Murano from the 60s.The Italian glass artist Flavio Poli (1900 - 1980) is renowned for his contribution to the development of Murano glass, giving rise to a new style in the 1950s, known as sommerso, or submerged glass. The vase still has its Murano label. A slight mark below the label.
