SILVER BRONZE SCULPTURE THE OSSELETS PLAYER WILD REDUCTION 19TH H3647 The little ossicle player: silver bronze sculpture of a young girl dressed in a chiton, playing with bones. On the base we find the inscription Brothers reduction Sauvage, Susse Frères founder.This is a reproduction of which the original in marble is kept at the Berlin MuseumSignalons for the most picky of micro-scratches. As we can see in the photos some traces and stains visible. Vert-de-gris to report. The bone is not fixed but turns on its axis.The company Susse frères was created in 1758, in Paris, originally a stationery business, it has earned its acclaim in the art foundry. Today it is the oldest art foundry in France still in activity under the Susse Fondeur brand.
