Duo of 2 round dishes coated with a beautiful patina.
Stamped "Aux lions de faïence" (wholesaler located rue de Rivoli in Paris) which was one of the biggest sellers of earthenware from the end of the 19th century until the 1950s.
Their motif consists of a delicate decoration in which basins and horns are filled with fruit.
This motif corresponds to the "fruit" decor of the famous Belgian pottery BFK (Boch Frères Keramis).
It is indicated next to the stamp that these dishes are imported from Belgium, so we can assume that they were made by BFK at the request of the store Aux lions de faïence.
The smallest dish has a diameter of 28 cm and a height of 2.5 cm height; the largest has a diameter of 29.5 cm and a height of 3 cm.
No major defects are to be noted, only small scratches but all the details are on the photos that accompany this description.
