Lamp attributed to jean-maurice rothschild (1902-1998), representing a crouching page or messenger, resting on a solid hammered metal base. The character's body is made of resin that looks a lot like wood. Manufactured in the 1950s. Good general condition, some marks of time (see photos). The scar on the face is original, it also appears on the tables of this artist. Dimensions: stand alone with socket height 58 cm, width 33 cm, depth 23 cm. Weight of stand alone 5.5 kg.
