The Demag knife-dagger equips the Prussian units that can be put to the cannon with a curved metal handle. The metal dagger increases the production cost without making the knife stronger. Its advantage remains its curved handle which facilitates manual handling.

Nice dagger probably Demag dagger early 20th century, around 1911-1918. The handle is made of white metal as is the scabbard. The blade has a single large fuller, triangular type, in superb condition. Leather scabbard with a fixing system, the handle is stamped '' GESETZLICH GESCUTZT '' and numbered '' 1 3 ?? ''! The blade is in its original juice still shiny with traces due to time, in its original juice. A superb piece in its original juice of discovery, to seize absolutely for any enthusiast of paramilitary! Very pleasant to hold in hands and even more to observe in its collection in display case! I am not an expert of this kind of piece, it is not my field of collection, do not hesitate to ask your questions.
