Religious object: sculpture. Old painted plaster sculpture representing a young child kneeling on a rock. He has his hands joined and on his knees, a woven wicker basket. At the neck, there are 2 metal lugs that rest in the hollow of the shoulders. The child's neck is connected to a wire that goes down to the basket. Each time a coin is put in the basket, it hits this wire and activates the child's neck and makes him tilt back and forth to say THANK YOU. At the back of the rock, there is a drawer to collect the offerings received. At the front of the rock, an inscription: "A little penny, Jesus will give it back to you". Good condition, with some paint missing and the hands, restored, need to be painted. Dimensions: 10 cm by 6.5 cm. Height: 17.5 cm. Superb object to offer or collect.
