PUMA is an old German knife brand. They have been producing knives from Solingen, Germany for about 250 years. They were once famous for their traditional, very solid hunting knives. Since 2003, they have also been producing modern kitchen knives and pocket knives. The latter are part of special collections, which are manufactured all over the world. To stay true to their German roots, PUMA has created an original concept. The creation process and quality control still take place at the headquarters. Thus, each knife begins and ends in Solingen, Germany.

For sale to collectors or connoisseurs, very rare Puma 3591 "Original Waidmesser Für Schalenwild" knife from the 1950s, Puma having only stamped the date of manufacture on its knives from 1964. The knife and its sheath are in perfect condition, the main blade and the gutting blade are very sharp. The saw and the corkscrew are both perfectly functional. Collector's item in its own juice (see photos). The set has aged well and evenly. The blade is in good condition with a sharp edge. Control hallmarks present on the heel of the blade: '' PUMA-WERK SOLINGEN MADE IN GERMANY '' + '' ORIGINAL MAIDMEFFER FUR SCHALENWILD '' + '' HANDARBEIT BESTELL - N°3591 ''. Grooved plastic handle, with some missing parts in places at the top, without play. With its original leather sheath, in good condition. Totally original piece from the 1960s-70s. Very rare in this condition, 100% original guaranteed. Very pleasant to hold in your hands and even more to observe in a display case!
