The July Monarchy is the name given to the political regime of the Kingdom of France between 1830 and 1848. Established on August 9, 1830 after the so-called “Three Glorious” revolution on July 27, 28 and 29, 1830, it succeeded the Restoration.

Extremely rare, luxurious and superb French senior officer's sword, July Monarchy period. Handle and granite in gilded bronze with its original gilding, its shagreen with its filigree. The handle has floral reliefs, complete and functional keyboard, French rooster surrounded by a laurel wreath on the hilt, magnificent! The scabbard is in chrome steel with one ring in good condition. The blade is very beautiful, triangular, in its original form, superb! Marked on both sides: ''NC'' and ''NEC''. A superb piece, very pleasant to hold in the hands and even more pleasant to observe in its collector's window, 100% original and rare.
