The Parachute Regiment, commonly known as Paras, is an airborne infantry regiment of the British Army considered one of the best elite units in the world. The first battalion is permanently under the command of the Special Forces. The other battalions are part of the rapid response component of the British Army. The Paras are the only infantry unit not to have been merged with another unit since the end of World War II.

Nice dagger probably an English military paratrooper dagger dating from the 1970s (?) (to be verified). The handle is made of steel type metal. The blade has a single, large gutter, triangular type with traces due to time, without its juice. Marking on one branch of the handle: '' WILLIAM RODGERS SHEFFIELD ENGLAND ''. Old leather sheath with elastic! A superb piece in its discovery juice, absolutely a must for any paramilitary enthusiast! Very pleasant to hold in your hands and even more pleasant to observe in its collection in the window!
