Description:



Very beautiful Dutch officer's saber model 1852, blade close to new, French type handle model 1845, decorated with floral reliefs, manufacturer markings on the heel and on the blade: '' KLEM & JUNG + W. PRUNVELS FOON AE. S. HOPE '', with a central fuller, fits perfectly in its double ring scabbard, some dents on the scabbard. The handle is made of gilded bronze and wood with its rare filigree present (often absent from this model because of low quality). Piece found in Belgium, in its juice for any informed collector, passionate about Dutch militaria.
