Little story: the drawing of the “Cul noir Arédien” is a drawing by Paul Marquet (1923-2016), porcelain artist from St Yrieix La Perche, Haute Vienne, near Limoges. Owner of two porcelain companies: “Les Palloux” and “La Seynie” (now Manufacture de la Reine).
The black ass is the pride of Aradian heritage.
