PEDIMENT IN CARVED WOOD MUSIC ATTRIBUTES 18TH CENTURY GOLD LEAF E684 This pediment which probably belonged to a mirror is in carved wood, it is from the end of the 18th century. It is an oak panel of fine craftsmanship and great finesse. It can be placed above a door, incorporated into a decoration. With a decor with musical attributes, it takes inspiration from Louis XV and Louis XVI, the gilding is leaf gilding. Everything is placed on a green rechampi. It is really very chic. As visible on our many photos, we report lack of stucco in places, lack of gilding, damaged wooden elements, nothing serious for an article of this period.
