Pair of large old cupboard doors (264cm high by 99.5cm wide), paneled and molded on the front face, and their frame 105.5cm wide, 291.5cm high, the uprights protruding by more than 7 cm up. The set is painted in old pink on the outside (the brightness when taking the photos altered the colors...), matt white on the inside. These doors are equipped with a low interior lock blocking the left door, their lock and key that work. The frame has a bead on the left that does not make the full height.
This pair of doors, slender, with elegant and chic lines, is in very good joinery condition (small knocks on the right door on the crosspiece under the lock, and on the frame in the corner on the left, photographed, slight losses top and bottom of this same door visible in our photos), the paint has some chips or minor defects taken in photos and some places where it is flaking. The whole is made of fir, the panels are a priori made of plywood (with sound), for information the development of the plywood process was developed industrially from the second half of the 19th century (for short !).
Note that they are very slightly veiled, when the lock is closed, the right door is detached from the left one between the fixing point of the lock and the top (it is a little belly, we force ourselves to mention but rest assured it's really to be picky!), which in no way interferes with the proper closing of these doors!
Disassembled by us, dusted, freed of its heaps of plaster, points (there is one left at the bottom which will be twisted so as not to hurt), completely washed (a few tiny traces or stains remain), this set is ready to be integrated into your your future project, we have kept the protruding uprights in order to perhaps facilitate its fixing, the nailed plinth, can be reduced in height if necessary very easily. Overall dimensions (frame): 299cm high, 105.5cm wide overall, thickness: 3.8cm (doors should be approximately 3.3cm thick)
Weight: about 35kg
We are committed to offering you these materials, cleaned, described as precisely as possible, with as many photos as possible, so that they can find a second life, this represents a lot of handling, time and energy... Thanks to you to be interested in it and sometimes crack to realize your personal projects! You are thus part of this process of reuse, which for us respects the work of previous generations! Ref672.
