Description Danish Count Johann Peter von WILDENRADT was born in Helsinger, Denmark. He was one of the 1st prizes of the School of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. He discovered Provence in the late 1880s where he settled. His Nordic sensitivity to light permeates these paintings. His career was short since he died in Istres in 1904 at the age of 43. His high quality production will remain limited. Paintings by this Danish painter are at the museum of fine arts in Marseille.
