Beautiful painting on canvas by the French painter Philippe AUDOY (1940-2021).

Born in Mérignac, after creating his watercolor school in Bordeaux, he exhibits his works around the world in galleries in Tokyo, New York, Lomé, Kyoto, Bordeaux...

Also an illustrator for major publishing houses (Glénat, Libris...), his art is based on colors, artistic inspirations, the oceans as well as the environment of the Arcachon basin where he brings to life, with winks, fish, fruits or even generously shaped vegetables in a style that is at once poetic, humorous and feminine.

This work signed by the artist (by his initials) is installed in a pretty wooden frame, and is part of a series from the years 2010-2020 where fruits are transformed into characters. Here, the pear becomes a woman (and sexy).
