We know that Pierre-Cénon (or Pierre-Zénon) was born in Ataca in the province of Zaragoza (Spain), December 16, 1850. His parents were named Pierre Trigo Manuela Claver. He married in Nantes on May 27, 1879 with Amélie Chevalier. Her father worked on the grant. As for the deputy who married them, it was Paul Emile Sarradin, future Mayor of the city. He was a painter, his paintings and his watercolors made the happiness of the people of Nantes. We owe him all the lost trades of old Nantes, from glaziers to sweepers, from jailloux to umbrella mender. We also owe him many daily scenes from Nantes and figures of the city, the best known of which are Gobe La Lune, Father Zim Zim or the Amadou sisters. He sold his paintings on the market.
