Crates or old storage baskets for importing citrus fruits to France from the Maghreb in the 1960s to 1980s.
They still have their original labels which allows to know their provenance and their content.

Model n°1: labels on each side of the basket "Morocco Cherlass, OCE (Casablanca marketing and export office"), orange fruit print decoration
Dimensions: height 24 cm or 9.45", width 31 cm or 12.20", length 48 cm or 18.90", depth 22 cm or 8.66", weight 750g
Basket in fairly good condition, black traces in the bottom at the level of the staples which hold the wooden slats together to form the crate! , a split slat on the side and on the wooden belts of the perimeter but that does not interfere with the use!
Model n°2: label on one torn side, inscription "Maroc Sidi Daoud, OCE Casablanca marketing and export office", printed minaret design.

Basket in good vintage condition!
Model n°3: torn label "Clementine category 1 Citrus fruits from Algeria, Cora, Rovigo drawing printed Tuareg man on his camel, clementine fruits. Red ink pad printing on the right side, navy blue ink
Dimensions: height 23 cm or 9.06", length 48.5 cm or 18.50", width 32 cm or 12.60", depth 22 cm or 8.66", weight 600g.
Basket in fairly good condition, traces of dripping, faded black spots on 2 slats on the inside, a broken slat in a corner on the bottom but this in no way hinders use!
Model n°4: label on 2 identical sides "Morocco OCE Office of commercialization and export Casablanca", deco printed teddy bear who holds an orange in his arms and an orange at his feet, printing with a red ink pad on the right side
Split slats on the side, bottom of the basket traces of rust brown humidity, despite everything it remains in condition for its initial use!
These crates are in their own juice, they have already lived and traveled well but remain in good condition for use in the storage of foodstuffs or others!
