Very beautiful large old planter in ornate brass or gilded copper, hammered, repoussé, openwork, on 4 lion's paws. Oval shape, 32cm long by 16.5cm wide and 16cm high. Good condition, shows many signs of time, scratches, degilding and oxidation stains, oxidized interior. It also has, and in particular, fairly visible scratches on the corners of both sides. It is nonetheless a very pretty unusual piece and great for a rococo decor. About 1kg.
