The work is of high quality, especially in the rendering of the face, and is guaranteed from the end of the 18th century to the beginning of the 19th century. This portrait does not bear a signature, but it is necessarily the hand of an artist. The frame is period, it is a simple stick that goes perfectly with this type of work. You will note that the oil on canvas has been restored, you will note that the stretcher is therefore new, the work did not show any particular damage, the restorer contented herself with a simple cleaning, there is no repainted.
