OIL ON CANVAS PORNICHET ROCKY COAST BY MARTHE DANARD PUIG XXEME A4055 This oil on canvas was made by Marthe Danard-Puig, it represents a rocky coast in Pornichet, the place is probably identifiable. The artist is listed on Artprice but we couldn't find a biography about him. The oil is in its natural juice, a little cleaning to be expected, small seagulls on the rocks, a slightly rough sea, a pretty whitewashed Montparnasse setting. Note small stains, friction and scratches, a crack in the middle above a rock in the sky, a depression in the middle on a rock, the work remains however in a more than adequate state. You will notice wear and friction on the frame: gaps on the rebate of the frame (a piece at the top right of glued) and splits. Sold uncleaned, unrestored.
