NOBLE HAND PAINTED MINIATURE XVII OR XVIII BLACK PEAR TREE FRAME M525 This miniature was made on cardboard, it probably dates from the end of the 17th or the beginning of the 18th century. It represents a nobleman wearing a wig, a rich costume. It is not signed, however it was executed with a pretty hand, the quality is there. We report a suitable condition, however note small gaps around the perimeter, friction, micro-scratches on the paint and on the protective tile, wear on the gilding. Note that there is no background. Attention, the frame is posterior, it is Napoleon III, but it is split, let us note a lack, friction and two gluing up and down. The whole looks really good.
