Worldwide sale. Napoleon III tea box. Old tea box from Japan, in blackened wood with gold screen-printed panels and friezes. The box is rectangular with 4 cut corners, i.e. octagonal in shape. It rests on 4 bronze feet in the shape of animal paws. Inside, 2 finely worked pewter tea boxes. Unfortunately, one lid is missing. The box has a lock, without its key. Perfect condition. 23 cm by 16.5 cm and height: 14 cm. It is a sumptuous box despite 1 missing lid. To collect or to offer.
