It is from Napoleon III period, the base is in bronze with decorations of love angel, feet spinning tops.JAPY Frères gold medal marking 14 161 39 on the movement.Note that one of the birds no longer holds (missing the screws), one of the ram's heads, plus the other birds and the right foot move. Cracks in several places, scratches, the upper part has been restored, small enamelling gaps in several places, missing on the dial at 10 o'clock and a crack. Sold without balance or key.
