The lid is decorated with a marquetry of gilded brass sticks and mother-of-pearl flowers. This box has a lock but it no longer has its key, Used condition for this box over 100 years old. Photo 7 shows a small chip on a corner. Inside, it is lined with an old colored paper band. The box rests on 4 feet which gives it a lot of allure. Height: 8 cm and 9.5 cm with the feet.
