19th C. CLOISONNE THERMOMETER ON ONYX PLATE NAPOLEON III E692Here is a rare thermometer. It bears the centigrade inscription, it is decorated with cloisonné bronze (perhaps from the Barbedienne factory, without certainty). There is a bronze plate on the back, the whole is placed on an onyx plate. We report, for the most picky, friction and wear, a defect on the right probably in the veining of the onyx, chips in the onyx.
