NAPOLEON III DINING ROOM 19TH CENTURY LOUIS XVI STYLE BRONZE MARQUETRY L1836 This dining room is from the Napoleon III period. We can place the production between 1880 and 1900. It is exceptional in many respects. It consists of a sideboard with curved doors, a pretty inlaid sideboard. We find this marquetry on the buffet and on the server. The bronzes are exceptional, they cascade and descend onto the base of the table. They are beautifully made, richly carved with Louis XVI decoration. A bronze gallery sits above the beveled mirrors. The table has extensions. For the condition we report rubbing and scratches on all the furniture, discoloration and patina wear. Note an accident on each mirror, wear on the veneer of the table, 8 chairs have the canage pierced, pitting and wear of the gilding on the bronze elements, scratches and chips on the marble. We point out that the marble of the two-door sideboard seems to us to have been restored on a crack. However, this dining room remains exceptional due to its quality of materials and manufacturing and it is in good general condition. Please note our furniture is sold unrestored, unprepared, defects due to age must be accepted. We point out that the main tray must weigh between 200 and 300 kg.
