Superb blown glass and Venetian opaline vase, made between 1970 and 1988 by the Murano company in collaboration with Vincenzo Nason & Cie. This vase has a white base decorated with magnificent opalescent facets, reflecting all the traditional and innovative know-how of this period.

The vase still retains its original label bearing the inscription “Véritable opaline de Venise”, used by Vincenzo Nason before 1989. The “N” inscribed in the wax seal of the label symbolizes the Nason brand.

The house’s specialty lay in the creation of blown glass pieces with a minimalist design, always elegant and refined. These creations explored various nuances: gradients, smoked effects, amber or marbled hues, while remaining resolutely modern.
Vincenzo Nason sought to marry Venetian heritage with contemporary forms through an innovative approach. Their main breakthrough was the use of recycled glass for production, a first for the Murano industry, thus helping to redefine the image of Murano glass on the world market.
