He exhibited in Paris at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1908 and at the Salon des Indépendants from 1911. He was a member of the Salon des Artistes Français, where he received an honorable mention in 1930 and a silver medal in 1933. "Maurice Pellerier, marine and aviation painter, watercolorist born in Paris on February 22, 1875, exhibited to French Artists since 1908 and at the Salon d'Hiver des independents since 1911, also watercolorist to Paris artists and at G. Petit (not sure of the spelling) 1925-1928. Works at the Army Museum, at the Universities of New York and Philadelphia (Paintings "The brook under the snow" and "The tuna boats" and "The Wild Coast") . Pupil of the late Paul Colin. Registered in the bibliographical dictionary of contemporary artists volume III, page 118.
