The frame is also from the 70s. Fred Zeller, born March 26, 1912 in Paris and died February 7, 2003 in Bergerac, was a French politician and painter. A Trotskyist activist during the 1930s-40s, he was elected head of the Grand Orient of France in 1971, a position he held until 1973. We report slight friction, the lithograph remains in a largely acceptable state. Note friction and scratches on the metal frame. We did a basic cleaning.
