This litho is countersigned by Rethaber, it bears the number 136 out of 400 with an inscription Librairie Lutetia publisher in Paris. It is probably a work linked to the arrival of the English or the Americans. The work is in good general condition, note a few traces, small shock on the frame at the top. There is plenty of irony in this litho, in fact a French woman with a cockade is holding the hand of an English soldier. We are in the middle of the 14-18 war, the decor is floral.
