Late 18th century cold enamel brooch with romantic beading decor M1282 Here is a pretty little brooch with a romantic decor in the central cartridge, on the edge a cold enamelling technique with pretty beading. Inside the cartridge we find birds and flowers. This is a quality brooch characteristic of the enamelling technique. The colors have remained fresh, however we note a significant lack at the top left, near the young man's face, note wear and friction on the back, micro-scratches and scratches.
