Old large stoneware cache pot "West Germany Original Gerzit Gerz".
Made in West Germany during the Cold War in the 60s.
It has fox-shaped handles, very detailed different decorations of 2 animal scenes very worked in relief on each side of the pot.
In short, On the theme of hunting and more particularly wild boar hunting and deer with a spear in the Middle Ages in Bavaria.
It is in very good condition except for two very small chips only on 2 ears of the foxes (see photo)
Beautiful patina in "kitsch" colors brown, rust, ochre due to the clay soil used.
Notice to collectors and hunters, ideal as decoration in a room or area dedicated to hunting with a pretty plant in it.
