Superb large pitcher/jug, decorative potiche, in handcrafted ceramic/glazed terracotta made in Hungary from the 60s Hódmezővásárhely. Signed under the foot "LMIV" or "LMV". Large round body with narrow foot, large curved handle and mid-high cylindrical neck with small spout. In brown tones with dark green friezes, stylized plant motif reliefs in the center and straight and wavy grooves on the bottom and neck. 25.5cm in height, approximately 16.5cm in diameter, 21-22cm in total width with handle. Very good general condition, fairly discreet cracks from time on the varnish, no chips or cracks. Very beautiful object. About 2kg.
