Very beautiful large old ellipse-shaped vase in art nouveau style, white earthenware hand painted with geometric, floral and royal blue dragonfly motifs, large heterogeneous bouquet of flowers at the front, roses, daisies... Palm motifs on the neck and the foot, borders and dots, 2 pretty dragonflies at the back. Signed under the bottom "Hand decorated" "ODYV" "MH". 29cm in height, approximately 14cm in max diameter, 8-9cm in diameter at the foot. Good general condition, no cracks or chips, however the earthenware is cracked by time and certain cracks, notably at the "back" where two small dragonflies are painted, are a little tinted. Very pretty unique piece. About 2kg.
