Break on the branch and missing the watermark, but no play. The handle has retained ITS ORIGINAL GILDING!!! simply sublime! Several hallmarks on the scabbard: ''M'' and ''B'' with crown + ''19''. Inscription visible on the edge ''LA MANUFACTURE NATIONALE DES CHATELLERAULT MAY 1849''. Very luxurious blade, quite long and massive, engraved on both sides with floral reliefs and two different birds. Two-ring scabbard, marked! The sword is in good condition, rare and unobtainable, in its original state with traces due to time, 100% original and pure vintage! ! !
