It represents the port of Nantes. It has its natural wooden frame and protective glass. We report rust spots in many places, stains, scratches on the frame. René Pinard (1883-1938) is a French painter and engraver. He was appointed Marine Painter in 1921. Obviously, as a marine painter, most of his work has the theme of the sea, the navy and sailors.
