Dominique Zimbacca (1928-2011) began his career by creating furniture sculptures, mainly wooden armchairs and coffee tables. His pieces are today particularly sought after by collectors, and were the subject of exhibitions in Basel and London in 2016. Pierre Chapo, French designer (1927-1987). After a trip to the United States, Pierre Chapo founded his own firm in the Paris region to pursue woodworking, a material he particularly likes.
