The Porquier-Beau factory was founded in 1773 by a worker from the great HB earthenware house in Quimper. The factory joined forces around 1875 with the painter Alfred Beau. This collaboration between an artist and an earthenware factory from Quimper lasted more than fifteen years. It brings new life to the manufacture’s productions. As a result of the resulting success, the factory multiplied the shapes and decorations. We report minimal enamel skipping and rubbing on the edge.
