Bears the Latin maxim "Si vis Pacem para Bellum" Personalized plate dating from the 1st World War. Hollow marking "Terre de Fer Ivoire" and Gien stamp from the end of the 19th, beginning of the 20th century. No accidents, fresh decor. A defect of grip, enamelled, of origin.
