CUP CLOISONNE BRONZE FERDINAND BARBEDIENNE XIX EME NAPOLEON III 4 FEET H3727 This gilt bronze cup is in cloisonné enamels on the perimeter. 4 feet with rings, it is a Barbedienne cast signed: F. BARBEDIENNE and K markings around the bottom. The gilded bronze is in good condition, as is the cloisonné. Let us point out micro scratches for the more picky ones but the whole is in a more than adequate general condition. Its weight is 1,690 kg. Everything is guaranteed from the Napoleon III period. It is beautifully made. Note wear / friction, stains, micro scratches, minor bites on the feet. Ferdinand Barbedienne, born August 6, 1810 in Saint-Martin-de-Fresnay and died March 21, 1892 in Paris, is a French industrialist, known for his bronze art foundry. Sold as is, as presented.
